The Boardroom commands attention from the moment you step through its doors, with rich wood-panelled walls and intricate stained-glass windows that tell the story of Manchester's commercial heritage. Up on the first floor of our Grade II listed building, this 72-square-metre space transforms traditional boardroom meetings into something more inspiring. We've preserved the original features that make this room special, including the ornate ceiling and decorative fireplace, while ensuring everything works perfectly for modern business. The large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, creating an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally and discussions feel energised rather than confined. Our most flexible meeting space, the Boardroom adapts to your needs. We regularly configure it for 30 people around the boardroom table for strategy sessions, arrange it classroom-style for 25 during training workshops, or set up cabaret rounds for 40 when you need breakout discussions. For larger presentations, we can accommodate 56 in theatre layout, all while maintaining clear sightlines to our 75-inch display screen. The technology here just works. Your presentations connect seamlessly to our AV system, remote participants join without fuss through our hybrid meeting setup, and the PA system ensures everyone hears every word. Between sessions, your guests can step out to our first-floor Business Lounge for refreshments or informal conversations. Our location on Deansgate puts you right in Manchester's business district, with John Rylands Library and Spinningfields just minutes away. We've arranged discounted parking at nearby NCP facilities, and public transport stops practically at our doorstep. From board meetings to product launches, training sessions to strategy days, this room has hosted them all. Our catering team offers everything from working lunch bento boxes to full hot buffets, always using local Manchester suppliers where possible.

We were really happy with the room, as we have been previously - you always get a personal service from the team and our training delegates all rated the facilities highly. Would certainly book again if we have further workshops in Manchester.
