Our smallest meeting space offers something surprisingly hard to find on Regent Street: a genuinely quiet room where four people can focus without the usual Central London distractions. Meeting Room 1 sits away from the main work areas, with thick rust-coloured curtains that not only frame the generous windows but actually muffle the street noise below. The round table changes the usual boardroom dynamic, putting everyone on equal footing for those crucial strategy sessions or sensitive client conversations. We've mounted a screen directly on the wall at the perfect height, so you won't waste time fiddling with cables or adjusting angles when you need to share your presentation. The whiteboard gets plenty of use, particularly during afternoon brainstorming when the natural light hits just right. That soft green carpet might seem like a small detail, but our members tell us it makes a real difference during longer meetings, absorbing sound and creating a calmer atmosphere than the hard floors in many meeting rooms.
