Natural light floods the Conservatory Room through two impressive skylights, making this one of our most sought-after spaces for meetings and presentations. The room works brilliantly for groups of all sizes, accommodating 60 in theatre style, 26 around boardroom tables, or 30 for dining arrangements, with the flexibility to configure the space exactly as you need it. Your presentations will run smoothly with our built-in LCD projector that displays directly onto the wall, complemented by integrated speakers that ensure everyone hears clearly. We've installed an adjustable lighting system so you can create the right atmosphere for different parts of your day, whether that's bright for workshops or dimmed for video presentations. The hearing loop system means all participants can engage fully with your content. What makes this room particularly special is the adjoining conservatory area. Through glass doors, you'll find bistro-style seating for 15 people amongst potted plants and wooden furniture, creating a relaxed environment for breakout sessions or informal discussions. This space opens directly onto our courtyard garden, where delegates often take their coffee breaks or continue conversations in the fresh air. Our venue sits right in Leeds city centre, just 15 minutes' walk from the train station, making it straightforward for attendees travelling from across Yorkshire and beyond. We've ensured step-free access throughout, with designated parking spaces directly outside for those who need them.
