Walk straight past reception and you'll find the Hornby Room tucked away from the main hotel bustle, giving your meetings the privacy they deserve. We've positioned a large oval boardroom table at the centre of this space, surrounded by our modern ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer strategy sessions. The room fills with natural light throughout the day, which our regular clients tell us helps maintain energy levels during intensive workshops. When presentations begin, the large screen mounted on the wall ensures everyone can see clearly from their seats, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps your team connected to remote colleagues. We regularly host board meetings here for up to 24 people around the central table, though we can reconfigure the space entirely based on your needs. For training days, we arrange classroom-style seating for 24 participants with individual desks. When local companies hold their AGMs or larger presentations, we set up theatre-style rows accommodating up to 50 attendees. The neutral whites and warm wood tones throughout create a professional backdrop that won't distract from your content. Our venue sits directly opposite Queen Square, with Liverpool Lime Street Station just a short walk away. This central location means your attendees can easily reach us by train from Manchester, Birmingham, or London. During breaks, they often pop out to explore nearby cafes, or stay in for refreshments we can arrange through our catering team. The Hornby Room works particularly well for corporate training sessions, management meetings, and team workshops. We've also hosted interview days here, with the space easily divided into separate areas for candidates and panel members. Whatever your meeting requires, our events team will work with you to create the right setup.
