We've arranged each place setting with notepads and pens, ready for productive sessions from the moment your team arrives. Our recently refurbished space features video conferencing capabilities that connect seamlessly with remote participants. The large screen and camera setup works brilliantly for hybrid meetings, while our one-click laptop connect system means presentations start smoothly, no technical delays or hunting for the right cable. Flipcharts stand ready in the corner, complementing the digital facilities for those who prefer traditional brainstorming methods. The neutral tones and clean lines create an environment where ideas take centre stage. We've kept the décor purposefully understated, allowing natural daylight to define the atmosphere while ensuring nothing distracts from your agenda. The room maintains comfortable temperatures throughout the day, with effective ventilation keeping everyone alert during longer sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Our venue sits just off the A43 and A45 on Northampton's outskirts, with the M1 and A14 providing easy connections. Your delegates will find 36 free parking spaces waiting outside, including two accessible bays. Those arriving by public transport can walk from nearby Weston Favell Bus Station, while Northampton station lies about five miles away. We regularly host board meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops in this space.
