This versatile room adapts effortlessly to your needs, whether you're hosting an intimate board meeting for 12 or presenting to 20 colleagues in theatre-style seating. At 31 square metres, the suite creates just the right atmosphere for focused work. The oval table at its centre encourages natural conversation flow during boardroom sessions, while our flexible layout options include U-shaped arrangements for 14 participants or classroom setups for 10. For private dining events, we can accommodate 14 guests around beautifully dressed tables, transforming the space into an intimate dining room. Your presentations come to life on the 52-inch plasma screen, complete with laptop connections that make sharing content straightforward. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable throughout long working sessions, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensures your team stays connected. Though positioned on the lower ground floor without natural light, we've created a warm environment with classic wall detailing and carefully placed lighting that maintains energy levels throughout the day. Fresh potted plants add life to the space, complementing the plush carpet and comfortable seating. The 2.4-metre ceiling height maintains an open feel despite the room's underground location. Our venue sits moments from Russell Square station, with the British Museum practically next door, making arrival simple for colleagues travelling from different parts of London. The Bloomsbury Suite works particularly well as a breakout space during larger conferences in our Great Russell Suite, or as a dedicated workspace for teams needing privacy. Our catering team delivers refreshments directly to the room, from morning coffee service to working lunches, ensuring your meeting flows without interruption.
