The morning light transforms Meeting Room 15+16+17 when it streams through our second-floor windows, creating the perfect backdrop for productive sessions. This is one of our larger spaces, where vibrant red chairs add energy to the neutral palette we've carefully chosen throughout the building. We've designed this room to adapt to your needs, comfortably seating 36 around the boardroom tables or accommodating up to 90 guests in theatre configuration. The long tables provide plenty of workspace for documents and laptops, while the 3.2-metre ceilings give everyone room to breathe during intensive workshops or all-day strategy sessions. Those floor-to-ceiling windows do more than let in natural light, they offer views across the city that our guests consistently mention help them think more clearly. Our tech setup includes a large presentation screen, professional sound bar and camera system for video conferencing that connects instantly. We've made sure the WiFi handles multiple devices without dropping out, and our team will help you get everything running smoothly before your meeting starts. The room works equally well for board presentations, training sessions, team workshops or company updates. Transport couldn't be simpler, with King's Cross St Pancras Underground just a three-minute walk from our ground floor entrance. If you're bringing in international colleagues, St Pancras International is twelve minutes away. After your meeting, Pancras Square offers dozens of spots for lunch or evening drinks with clients, and we're always happy to share our recommendations based on what you're looking for. Previous guests particularly appreciate the inspiring views and how the comfortable furniture makes even lengthy meetings feel manageable.
