Our Meeting Room 9 works perfectly when you need a focused space for smaller groups. The round table seats five comfortably, creating an environment where everyone can contribute equally, whether you're conducting interviews, hosting board discussions, or running through quarterly reviews with your team. The room gets plenty of natural light through its large windows, filtered through sheer curtains that maintain privacy while keeping the space bright throughout the day. We've mounted a screen on the wall and set up video conferencing equipment, so remote participants can join as seamlessly as those in the room. Past clients have particularly appreciated that our reception keeps those hard-to-find adapter cables on hand, the ones you only remember you need five minutes before your presentation starts. The neutral colour scheme and that single potted plant might sound simple, but they create exactly the right backdrop for productive conversations without distractions. We find the round table format works especially well for collaborative sessions where hierarchy takes a back seat to good ideas.
