We've mounted a TV on the wall for presentations, and there's a flipchart ready in the corner for when ideas need to flow freely. The neutral colour palette keeps distractions minimal, while the compact shelving unit holds tea, coffee, and basic stationery supplies. Our members often choose this room specifically for sensitive discussions or negotiations where privacy matters most.
