The Board Room combines the character of our Grade II listed building with contemporary meeting essentials, making it one of our most requested spaces for executive gatherings. Cloud-patterned wallpaper creates visual interest against the warm, earthy tones of our ergonomic seating, while pendant lighting and recessed fixtures ensure everyone around the oval table can read documents and see each other clearly. We've positioned a large TV screen at the perfect angle for presentations, and our clients often comment on how straightforward our technology is to operate, particularly when jumping onto video calls. The frosted windows filter natural light throughout the day, maintaining privacy while keeping the atmosphere bright and energising. A sideboard provides space for refreshments, which we can arrange with two days' notice, and there's always a fresh plant adding life to the corner. Our venue sits just two minutes from Green Park Station, connecting you directly to the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. Many of our regular clients choose The Board Room specifically for its capacity to seat 12 delegates comfortably in boardroom configuration, finding it particularly effective for quarterly reviews, strategy sessions and formal presentations. The space includes WiFi and whiteboard facilities as standard. Between meetings, you'll have access to our breakout areas and outdoor terraces across seven floors, each with its own colour scheme and atmosphere. Our kitchens remain stocked with fresh coffee and artisan teas throughout your booking. Reception staff consistently receive praise for their attentive service, something that comes through in client feedback about how smoothly everything runs here.
