Natural light fills the room throughout the day, reducing the need for harsh overhead lighting and keeping everyone alert during longer sessions. The windows overlook the business park, giving you something pleasant to glance at during thinking moments without the distractions of street-level activity. Our venue sits on Stroudley Road within Kingsland Business Park, three miles from Junction 6 of the M3. This puts you within easy reach whether your attendees are travelling from London, Southampton or local Hampshire towns. We have plenty of parking spaces available, and if anyone needs to grab lunch or supplies, Chineham Shopping Centre is a 10-minute walk away with various shops and eateries. The room comes with high-speed internet already connected, so you can share screens, video call remote participants or access cloud files without delays. Our reception team will greet your guests when they arrive and can direct them to Unit 17, while you prepare for the meeting.
