The Annex greets you with floor-to-ceiling industrial windows that frame Old Street's energy while bathing the space in natural light. We've kept the polished concrete floors and exposed brick walls that creative teams particularly love for workshops and product launches. The white walls serve as perfect projection surfaces, and the open layout means we can configure seating however your meeting requires, from boardroom style for 120 to theatre arrangements for 160 delegates. Through the connecting archway, Arch 1 reveals its Victorian railway heritage with original brickwork that curves overhead. The warm industrial lighting picks out every texture in the brick, while that authentic station clock from 1865 still marks time on the wall.
