Meeting Room 10 offers a generous space where up to 14 people can gather around our boardroom table, making it one of our venue's most substantial meeting spaces. The pink and cream interior creates a warm yet professional atmosphere that we find helps teams stay energised during longer sessions. We've equipped the room with all the technology you'll need for presentations. The large wall-mounted screen connects easily to your devices, and our reception team are always happy to help with the setup if needed. Along the sideboard, you'll find everything to keep your team refreshed: cold water, a selection of teas and coffees, plus a Nespresso machine for those who prefer their caffeine a bit stronger. The long table provides plenty of space for laptops, notebooks and materials, while the comfortable chairs mean your team can focus on the discussion rather than shifting in their seats. Overhead pendant lights provide good illumination for note-taking and screen viewing, creating an environment that works equally well for formal presentations or collaborative workshops. While the room doesn't have windows, many teams actually prefer this for concentration during intensive strategy sessions or confidential discussions. The space feels private and contained, helping groups stay focused on the task at hand. You'll find us at 10 Bloomsbury Way in Holborn, with excellent transport connections making it easy for attendees coming from different parts of London. The British Museum is just around the corner, which some groups use as a conversation starter or even incorporate into team activities. Between sessions, your team can make use of our lounges for informal discussions or grab refreshments from our café. Just remember that if you'd like catering arranged for your meeting, we need at least two days' notice to ensure everything's prepared to your requirements.

Would not recommend this for a meeting. TV and protector in the room didn't work, very low staffed and the ones available seemed inexperienced. Very disappointing booking considering the expense.
