The Oxford Suite catches your eye the moment you enter, with its striking Manchester map spanning the wall, reminding everyone exactly where they are in this great city. We've designed this space to feel both professional and comfortable, with warm wooden furnishings contrasting beautifully against our collection of colourful ergonomic chairs that keep delegates comfortable through even the longest sessions. Natural light streams through the windows throughout the day, creating an energising atmosphere that helps maintain focus and engagement. The room comfortably accommodates 60 delegates in theatre style, though we regularly reconfigure it for more intimate boardroom meetings of 20, classroom sessions for 14, or U-shaped arrangements for 16 participants. For networking events and receptions, we can host up to 30 guests comfortably. Our tech setup includes everything modern meetings demand. The BOSE sound system ensures crystal-clear audio whether you're presenting to a full room or conducting a video conference. Barco ClickShare wireless presentation equipment means no more fumbling with cables, your presenters can share content directly from their devices. We've kept traditional tools too, with whiteboards and flipcharts ready for brainstorming sessions, plus reliable Wi-Fi throughout. The suite works brilliantly for various corporate needs, from strategy sessions and training workshops to product launches and team meetings. Being directly across from Piccadilly Train Station means your attendees can step off the train and be in their seats within minutes. During breaks, they can step out onto our canal-side terrace or grab refreshments in the open lobby area, both perfect for those important informal conversations that happen between sessions.
