Those magnetic walls have hosted everything from strategic planning sessions covered in post-its to product roadmaps sketched during brainstorming marathons. The 85-inch plasma screen anchors one end of the room, paired with our fixed top-table microphones and PA system that actually picks up every voice clearly. We've invested in proper hybrid technology too, so remote participants feel genuinely included rather than forgotten. You can configure the room however suits your purpose: theatre style fits 60 for presentations, boardroom setup seats 32 around the table, or arrange cabaret style for 40 when you need teams working in smaller groups. The lectern stays tucked away until needed, and yes, the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during those intense afternoon strategy sessions. Being on the first floor gives you separation from street level, while your own private entrance means no awkward lobby encounters with other meetings.
