Our Hoffman room provides the professional setting your team needs for focused discussions and decision-making. This first-floor boardroom comfortably seats 8 delegates around a square table, creating the right environment for executive meetings, client presentations, or strategic planning sessions. The room comes equipped with everything modern business requires: a large plasma screen, resident computer, and full video conferencing capabilities, making hybrid meetings straightforward. We've positioned the screen at the perfect height for visibility from every seat, while the conference phone on the corner cabinet ensures crystal-clear audio for remote participants. When you need to sketch out ideas or capture key points, we'll provide flip charts and whiteboards on request. Throughout your meeting, you'll find Twinings teas and fresh coffee at the dedicated refreshment station, keeping everyone energised and engaged. The deep blue carpeting and neutral walls create a calm, professional atmosphere that helps maintain focus during intensive discussions. Natural light filters through the space, though blinds allow you to control brightness for presentations. For larger groups, we can reconfigure the room to accommodate 12 people in classroom style or up to 18 in theatre format. The U-shaped layout works particularly well for training sessions with 8 participants, giving everyone clear sightlines to both presenter and screen. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're a short walk from Slough station, where trains reach London Paddington in just 17 minutes. If you're driving, the M4 and M25 are nearby, with on-site parking available. Our reception team greets your guests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ensuring everyone finds their way to the Hoffman room without fuss. Between sessions, your team can stretch their legs in our breakout areas or grab refreshments from the fully equipped kitchens on each floor.
