Meeting Room 4 sits tucked away on one of our upper floors, where the bustle of Lloyds Avenue feels pleasantly distant. We've arranged this compact space around a circular table that naturally brings people together, making it particularly effective for interviews and those crucial one-on-one discussions where connection matters. The room comfortably seats four people in a mix of contemporary chairs that our members often comment on for their comfort during longer sessions. We've mounted a large screen on the wall with HDMI connectivity, and you'll find a phone and stationery ready for use. While this particular room doesn't have windows, we've carefully designed the lighting to keep the space bright and energising throughout your meeting. Our venue spans five floors of preserved Edwardian architecture, where timber panels meet modern workspace needs. The reeded glass partitions you'll notice throughout create visual interest while maintaining privacy. Many members take advantage of our roof terrace between meetings, especially on clear days when City views provide a refreshing perspective. Your guests will find us easily, just three minutes from Fenchurch Street station, with Tower Hill and Aldgate both under five minutes away. Our Member Experience team greets visitors at reception and can direct them straight to Meeting Room 4, while you prepare in one of our lounge areas or focus booths nearby. Water and refreshments come standard with every booking, and the room's intimate scale means everyone stays engaged without the formality of a traditional boardroom.
