The Mosquito boardroom brings together fifteen colleagues around our polished wooden conference table, where red upholstered chairs create an atmosphere that's both professional and comfortable. We've designed this space specifically for focused discussions and presentations, with a ceiling-mounted projector and large screen ensuring everyone can follow along clearly, whether you're sharing quarterly results or brainstorming new strategies. Our team regularly sets up The Mosquito for board meetings, strategy sessions, and small presentations. The recessed lighting provides just the right ambiance for concentration without causing screen glare, while the striped curtains add warmth to what could otherwise feel like a stark meeting environment. Though the room doesn't have windows, many of our regular clients actually prefer this, finding it helps maintain focus during intensive working sessions. Being just two miles from Birmingham Airport makes The Mosquito particularly convenient for international colleagues flying in for meetings. Our complimentary shuttle to Birmingham International Train Station runs throughout the day, and we're happy to coordinate pickup times around your meeting schedule. The proximity to the NEC means you can easily combine meetings here with exhibition visits or conferences. Between sessions, your team can recharge at our 24/7 Starbucks Café in the Open Lobby, where the dining area provides space for informal conversations. Those staying overnight often take advantage of our leisure facilities, with the heated pool and steam room proving particularly popular after long meeting days. We've also installed electric vehicle charging points for those driving to meetings.
