The Warwick Suite brings together everything you need for a productive meeting in one well-thought-out space. Our ground floor location means no faffing about with lifts when you're carrying laptops and presentation materials, and those floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with proper daylight that keeps everyone alert through afternoon sessions. We've configured this suite to work however you need it. Running a training day for 28? Set up classroom style with plenty of desk space for notes. Board meeting for 24? Our boardroom layout gives everyone a seat at the table. Got 80 delegates for a presentation? Theatre style works brilliantly, with clear sightlines to the projector screen. We can also arrange U-shaped seating for 30 when you want that collaborative feel, or cabaret style for 48 when you're mixing presentations with group work. The practical bits are all sorted: our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, the projector's bright enough to see clearly even with the blinds open, and we keep flipcharts and markers stocked. The PA system means everyone hears your speaker, whether they're sat at the front or sneaking in late at the back. That built-in wet bar comes in handy for coffee breaks, and the air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when discussions heat up. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right off the M40, Birmingham Airport's 20 minutes away for flying visits, and parking's free in our car park. Our catering team handles everything from working lunches to proper sit-down meals, with halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options standard, not special requests. The Warwick Suite works hard so your meeting works well.
