Meeting Room LG03 fills with natural light the moment you open the door, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the greenery outside. We've painted the walls in calming teal and brought in plenty of plants to create a space where ideas flow as freely as the conversation. Ten people fit comfortably around our modern triangular tables in boardroom setup, though we can rearrange for up to 15 standing if you're hosting something more informal. The chairs are the kind you can actually sit in for hours without fidgeting, which matters when you're deep into strategy sessions or workshop planning. Our tech setup works exactly as it should. The flatscreen TV connects to your devices without the usual cable dance, video conferencing runs smoothly for those joining remotely, and yes, we have proper whiteboards and flipcharts for when digital just won't do. We keep water and biscuits stocked throughout your session, and our café downstairs can handle anything from working lunches to celebration cakes. Two minutes from Borough Station means your team actually arrives on time, even during rush hour. Borough Market sits just around the corner if you fancy grabbing lunch afterwards, and The Shard towers overhead, visible through those generous windows. Previous groups have called our venue "perfect" in their feedback, particularly praising how everything just works. They book again and again, using LG03 for everything from board meetings to training days to creative workshops. The room's lower ground position keeps things quiet and focused, away from street noise but still filled with that energising daylight.
