Our smallest meeting room packs quite a punch. The Hotbox sits up on our rooftop level, where four people can gather around the round wooden table for those conversations that really matter. We've found this space works brilliantly for partnership negotiations, investor catch-ups, or when department heads need to hash out strategy away from the open floor. The room has character in spades, with textured walls that remind you this building has seen a few centuries pass by. We've added contemporary artwork and plants to soften the industrial feel, creating a space that's professional without being sterile. That round table setup means everyone's equal, no power plays at the head of the table, which tends to make discussions flow more naturally. Tech-wise, we've covered the essentials. The flat-screen connects easily through HDMI, USB-C, or standard USB ports, so whatever device you're carrying will work. The whiteboard gets plenty of use, especially during those impromptu brainstorming moments when someone needs to sketch out an idea. While there aren't windows in this particular room, the warm lighting and thoughtful design keep it from feeling enclosed. Being up on the rooftop level gives The Hotbox a certain remove from the bustle below, perfect when confidentiality matters. We're three minutes from Farringdon Station, with City Thameslink and the Underground lines all nearby, so getting here rarely poses problems. The historic Clerkenwell location puts you right in London's creative quarter, surrounded by design studios and tech startups. Our alcohol licence runs until 9pm, so if your meeting wraps up successfully, you can celebrate properly. We've seen plenty of deals sealed over a glass of something cold after hours of negotiation in The Hotbox.
