The former Ministry of Defence building on Bloomsbury Way now houses one of our most adaptable meeting spaces. Meeting Room 3&4 combines two adjacent rooms into a single, versatile environment that works beautifully for everything from boardroom discussions with 28 participants to theatre-style presentations for up to 60 people. We've furnished the space with contemporary seating around a substantial central table that our team can reconfigure based on your needs. The neutral tones and soft lighting create the right atmosphere for focused work, while natural light through the windows keeps the room feeling fresh during those longer sessions. For cabaret-style setups, we can accommodate 36 guests comfortably. The large projection screen anchors the front of the room, making presentations clear and engaging for everyone present. While we don't have permanent video conferencing equipment installed, our reception team can help arrange any specific technology requirements with advance notice. A sideboard runs along one wall where we set up refreshments, keeping your attendees energised throughout the day. Our venue offers plenty of additional spaces for those important moments between sessions. The indoor garden provides a peaceful spot for coffee breaks, while various lounges throughout the building work well for breakout discussions or informal client conversations. The on-site café means quality refreshments are always close at hand. You'll find us easily accessible in Holborn, with excellent transport links nearby. Previous guests have particularly praised our meeting facilities and the support from our reception staff, who are always on hand to ensure your sessions run smoothly. Please note that catering requires at least two days' notice to arrange. Whether you're planning a strategic workshop, team training, or client presentation, this room provides the professional setting and practical features your meeting needs.

Would not recommend this for a meeting. TV and protector in the room didn't work, very low staffed and the ones available seemed inexperienced. Very disappointing booking considering the expense.
