For more collaborative workshops, our U-shaped layout works beautifully with 15 attendees, while banquet-style dining fits 20 guests perfectly for working lunches or celebration dinners. The hotel took 28 hours to confirm the booking and offered me an upgrade to a larger room as the room requested was not available. Unfortunately this information was not communicated to the reception staff who could not find the booking and suggested that I was in the w...
