The John Hampson room works perfectly when you need a focused space for those critical four-person meetings. We've set this room up with everything essential for productive sessions, from the large whiteboard that runs along one wall for mapping out ideas, to the wall-mounted TV for sharing presentations with your small team. Natural light streams through the window, keeping the atmosphere fresh during long discussions. The white table and comfortable grey chairs create a clean, professional setting that helps everyone stay focused on the business at hand. We've added a small plant to bring some life to the space, but otherwise kept things minimal so nothing distracts from your agenda. Our venue sits right in The Comet Building, just a short walk from Birmingham Airport's main terminal. This means you can schedule meetings with international clients between their flights without the hassle of heading into the city. Birmingham International Station connects directly to the airport, and we're just off junction 6 of the M42 for those driving in. The room serves our clients particularly well for confidential discussions, job interviews, or briefing sessions before international trips. You'll have access to our business lounge with ThinkPods when you need a break, plus our on-site sandwich bar keeps you fueled without leaving the building. The departures board in our lounge means you can track flight times while wrapping up your meeting notes. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and printers are available when you need hard copies of contracts or proposals. Our videoconferencing studio down the hall handles larger virtual meetings if your plans expand. Clean and good location but communication poor - I got to site called the number as instructed and noone picked it up. Luckily I was a little early (they said I could arrive half hour before booking).
Got given a Parking Discount code but it didn't work. Expensive meetin...
