The Mutuality Room brings together Manchester's cooperative heritage with everything your team needs for productive meetings. We've preserved the original high ceilings and elegant period flooring while adding state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities, making this 370-square-foot space equally suited for local board meetings and international collaborations. Our oval boardroom table comfortably seats 12 delegates in cushioned, ergonomic chairs that keep everyone focused during lengthy strategy sessions. Natural light pours through the large windows, offering glimpses of the surrounding NOMA district architecture while creating an energising atmosphere for your discussions. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly with our camera and sound bar system, so remote participants feel as present as those in the room. We've positioned a side table for refreshments and materials, keeping the main workspace clear for laptops and documents. The room's generous proportions mean there's breathing space even with a full complement of attendees, something our regular clients particularly value during intensive workshops. Being just two minutes' walk from Manchester Victoria Station and Shudehill Transport Interchange, your delegates can arrive relaxed rather than rushed. Our staffed reception team will guide them straight to the Mutuality Room, where the technology is already set up according to your requirements. The Grade II listed building's architectural details, from the original woodwork to the carefully restored features, create a distinctive setting that reflects the cooperative values of our namesake, George Holyoake.
