Our Terrace Suite combines Victorian grandeur with everything you need for productive meetings. The ornate chandeliers and intricate wallpaper create an atmosphere that feels special, while large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day. When the sun catches the gilt details on the ceiling mouldings, it transforms ordinary board meetings into something rather more memorable. We've arranged this versatile room to accommodate different meeting styles. For boardroom discussions, we comfortably seat 25 around our polished table. Theatre-style presentations work beautifully for up to 70 delegates, while cabaret layouts suit training sessions perfectly. The projector and screen integrate seamlessly into the period features, and our Wi-Fi reaches every corner, even out on the shared terrace. That terrace has become a favourite spot during coffee breaks. Delegates often step outside to continue conversations while taking in partial river views and breathing in fresh air from Richmond Park nearby. We've noticed how these moments away from the meeting table often spark the best ideas. The adjoining Rose Room serves as an ideal breakout space when you need smaller group discussions. Teams naturally flow between the two rooms during workshops, using The Terrace Suite for main presentations before splitting into focused sessions next door. Eight miles from Central London, we're easy to reach via the M3 and M4, both just 15 minutes away. We provide complimentary parking, removing one more worry from your day. Between sessions, groups often wander down to the Thames Path or take a quick walk through Petersham Meadows, returning refreshed and ready to tackle afternoon agendas.
