This room has become our go-to space for coaching sessions and one-to-ones. Something about the circular table arrangement removes that hierarchical feel you get with rectangular boardroom tables, which makes it particularly effective when you need open dialogue. Local HR teams book it regularly for performance reviews, while business consultants use it for strategy sessions with their clients. Our venue sits within the West Yorkshire Joint Services building, five minutes from Junction 27 of the M62. Whether your team is travelling from Bradford, Wakefield, or Leeds, they'll find us easily accessible. Once here, free WiFi keeps everyone connected, and we have a flipchart ready if you prefer working through ideas the traditional way.
