We've positioned the 65" Neat Board to maximise visibility for all participants, whether you're running a training workshop for 24 delegates in lecture format or hosting a more intimate strategy session with 12 colleagues around our U-shaped configuration. Our ergonomic seating keeps everyone focused during those intensive workshops, while the height-adjustable tables adapt to different working styles. The Neat Board handles everything from Microsoft Teams calls to collaborative whiteboarding sessions, with crystal-clear 4K display quality that makes detailed presentations easy to follow. We've integrated annotation tools so participants can mark up documents in real-time during brainstorming sessions. The adjoining kitchenette means coffee breaks happen seamlessly. Your team can refill their cups without missing important discussion points, and the space works perfectly for those informal conversations that often spark the best ideas. We've soundproofed the entire room, so confidential board meetings and sensitive HR discussions remain private. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Our Riverside Drive location offers 146 parking spaces, including electric charging points, and public transport stops nearby. Once your session wraps up, many groups head to our on-site café for lunch or continue discussions over smoothies from our juice bar.
