Working from this historic Georgian warehouse, we've watched countless meetings unfold beneath our original timber beams, each one bringing fresh energy to these centuries-old walls. Our Docklands Boardroom occupies a prime spot on the first floor, where exposed brick meets floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Canary Wharf towers just across the water. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that keeps minds sharp and conversations flowing. The room comfortably seats 20 around our oval boardroom table, though we can reconfigure for 16 classroom-style or expand to 50 theatre seats when you need presentation space. That versatility comes in handy, whether you're running strategy sessions, team workshops, or client presentations. We've equipped the room with everything modern meetings demand: built-in projector and screen, reliable Wi-Fi, and air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable. The PA system handles both presentations and video calls with ease. What sets this space apart from typical corporate meeting rooms is the character embedded in every surface. Those exposed bricks and wooden beams tell stories of maritime trade and dockside commerce, adding depth to your discussions without overwhelming them. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with both Westferry and West India Quay DLR stations practically on our doorstep. Your guests can step off the train and be settling into their seats within minutes. We do like to mention that on particularly bright days, all that gorgeous natural light can warm the room despite the air conditioning, something previous guests have noted. It's worth considering for summer bookings, though most find the atmosphere more than compensates. The first-floor location via lift access ensures everyone can join comfortably, making this an inclusive space for all your team members and guests.
