This is our largest meeting room, thoughtfully configured to seat 30 guests theatre-style or 16 around the boardroom table, depending on your session's requirements. We've preserved the room's original character while ensuring it works hard for modern meetings. Soft blue walls display carefully chosen artwork, while the warm parquet flooring grounds the space beautifully. The long boardroom table anchors the room, surrounded by comfortable seating that encourages productive discussion. Above the classic fireplace, we've mounted a large presentation screen that integrates seamlessly with our AV system, making technical presentations straightforward and professional. Triple-aspect windows keep the space bright throughout the day, maintaining energy levels during longer sessions. Our team ensures the technology is tested and ready before you arrive, so there's no fiddling with cables or settings when your attendees walk in. The suite connects directly to a private lunch area, allowing your group to break without losing momentum or mixing with other meetings. The practical details matter here. We're a 10-minute walk from Bath Spa station, with Charlotte Street Car Park nearby for those driving. Our venue sits on Queen Square, making it easy for attendees to find us and grab a coffee beforehand in the surrounding cafes. An excellent venue, very well-equipped and with easy, friendly check-in. It got me out of a hole when I urgently needed a smart, quiet space from which to run a Zoom workshop - and as a bonus, it's a beautiful old house very smartly done up!
