The morning sun catches the chandelier crystals in our Lecture Theatre, where 160 fixed seats rise in gentle tiers towards the ornate ceiling. We've hosted everything from international conferences to local business presentations in this ground-floor space, and speakers often comment on how the room's classical architecture creates an atmosphere of quiet authority. When you book our Lecture Theatre, you're getting more than just rows of seats. The tiered arrangement means everyone has a clear view of your presenter, while the stage area naturally draws focus to whoever's speaking. We've installed a comprehensive AV setup that includes our projector and screen, Windows PC, and lectern with integrated microphone. The bespoke sound system delivers crystal-clear audio throughout the space, whether you're using the roving microphones for audience Q&A or the lapel mic for hands-free presenting. The high ceilings with their detailed moldings create remarkable acoustics, something we discovered delighted a visiting acoustics professor who tested them during a physics conference. Those same architectural features, combined with our classic chandeliers, provide warm lighting that photographs beautifully for corporate documentation. Our venue sits right next to the Atrium and Belfast Room, making it simple to combine spaces for larger events or breakout sessions. The Botanic Gardens location means your delegates can step outside for fresh air between sessions, and Belfast city center's transport links are just minutes away. We find the museum setting brings unexpected benefits to business gatherings. Being surrounded by centuries of art and culture seems to open minds during strategic planning sessions.
