Step through the original 1950s wood paneling into our Council Chamber, where history and modern business needs come together perfectly. We've preserved the best of our mid-century character here, with soaring high ceilings and those beautiful wall panels that architects rave about, while kitting out the space with everything today's meetings demand. Natural light pours through the large windows running along the walls, keeping everyone alert during those long strategy sessions. At 15.5 metres by 12.6 metres, the room gives you proper breathing space, whether you're arranging theatre seating for 160, classroom style for 100, or cabaret rounds for 80. We find the U-shape works brilliantly for board meetings with 42 participants, creating that collaborative atmosphere executives appreciate. Our tech setup handles whatever you throw at it. The HD digital projection screen dominates the front wall, backed by our digital sound system and multiple LCD screens positioned so everyone gets a clear view. We've included a dedicated registration area at the entrance, perfect for welcoming delegates, and if you need a stage for keynote speakers, we can arrange that too. Four breakout rooms sit directly across the corridor, ready for those smaller group discussions or as catering spaces during coffee breaks. Our professional kitchens handle everything from working lunches to elaborate dinner menus, all prepared on-site by our catering team. The West End location puts you right in the action, with Tottenham Court Road station just minutes away and Covent Garden within easy walking distance for post-meeting dinners.
