Our boardroom sits on the ground floor, just off the main lobby, making it easy for your team to find when they arrive. The 52 square meter space centres around a sleek conference table that seats 14 people comfortably in black executive chairs, though we can reconfigure the room for up to 30 guests in banquet style or 25 in theatre format. Warm wooden panelling runs along the walls, creating a professional atmosphere that feels welcoming rather than corporate. The large wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly with your devices for presentations, while our audio equipment ensures everyone can hear clearly from any seat. We've installed modern lighting fixtures that keep the room bright throughout the day, complementing the neutral colour scheme that helps maintain focus during long sessions. The room adapts to different meeting styles, whether you prefer a U-shaped layout for 17 participants during training sessions or cabaret style for 15 people working in smaller groups. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, and we provide whiteboards for brainstorming sessions alongside the digital presentation capabilities. Being less than two miles from Heathrow Airport proves particularly convenient for international colleagues flying in for meetings. They can reach us quickly and, if staying overnight, take advantage of our 393 soundproofed guest rooms, heated indoor pool, and fitness centre. Our location also means minimal travel time between airport and boardroom, maximising productive hours.
