Meeting Room 1&2 combines two adjoining spaces that work brilliantly for larger gatherings in our venue. The coffered concrete ceiling rises above you, creating an impressive sense of height that our clients often comment makes their presentations feel more impactful. Natural light pours through the full-length windows, keeping everyone alert during those longer strategy sessions. We've arranged the room to seat 32 comfortably around our boardroom table, though we regularly reconfigure it for theatre-style presentations accommodating up to 50 attendees. The soft blue carpeting and warm wood panelling create a professional atmosphere without feeling cold or corporate. Our pendant lighting provides excellent illumination for note-taking, while the projector and AV setup handle everything from PowerPoint decks to video presentations. Borough Station sits practically on our doorstep, with London Bridge just a few minutes' walk away, making it simple for participants coming from different parts of the city. The ground floor café serves proper barista coffee, which proves particularly popular for those early morning briefings. We keep fresh water and glasses ready in the room, and with two days' notice, we can arrange catering to suit your requirements. Our members particularly appreciate how the space adapts to different meeting styles, whether you're running an intensive workshop, hosting a training session, or conducting board meetings. The reception team ensures everything runs smoothly, from greeting your guests to making sure the technology works first time, every time. Between sessions, attendees often step out to our green roof gardens for some fresh air, or grab a coffee downstairs. For those cycling in, we provide secure bike storage with showers and changing facilities. The combination of practical amenities and thoughtful design creates an environment where productive meetings happen naturally.

Good - but reception was not manned when I arrived, a 15 minute delay in starting the meeting was not helpful. Also, the large screen both in the room we were first assigned, and then in the second room, did not work.
