The Thames Room catches morning light through its original Georgian sash windows, creating a workspace that feels both productive and welcoming. We've carefully preserved the character of this historic room while adding the technology modern meetings demand, including our built-in presentation screen that eliminates the usual setup hassles. This versatile space works beautifully for different group sizes and meeting styles. We can arrange seating for 18 colleagues around a boardroom table, set up classroom-style rows for 14, or configure theatre seating for presentations to 30 attendees. For more social business gatherings, the room comfortably hosts drinks receptions for up to 60 guests, or seated dinners for 16. The room's position next to our Ballroom makes it particularly useful for larger conferences, where organisers often use it as a breakout space for smaller group discussions or as a refreshment area during breaks. The natural daylight from windows on two sides keeps energy levels high throughout the day, something our regular clients particularly appreciate during intensive workshop sessions. We've equipped the Thames Room with our venue's high-speed broadband and wireless presentation systems, so your team can share screens and collaborate without technical delays.
