Our largest meeting space, the Longford Suite, transforms from intimate boardroom sessions to full-scale conferences for 300 delegates. At 20 x 14 metres, this ground-floor suite gives you the flexibility to configure the room exactly as your meeting demands, whether that's classroom rows for 150 during training workshops or cabaret rounds when you need delegates working in teams. The suite divides into two separate rooms when you're running breakout sessions or need concurrent meetings. We've found this particularly useful for clients hosting multi-track conferences or when interview panels need privacy. Your own dedicated foyer creates a natural networking space during coffee breaks, while the private bar means refreshments stay within your group rather than mixing with other hotel guests. Every technical detail has been considered for seamless presentations. The LCD projector and flat-screen TV connect easily to laptops, while our BT superfast Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connection. The adjustable mood lighting lets you brighten the room for note-taking or dim it for video presentations. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those long strategy sessions, especially when you've got 300 people generating heat in theatre-style seating. The neutral décor works as a blank canvas for your company branding or exhibition displays. We regularly see clients transform the space with banner stands and pop-up displays for product launches.
