The art deco ceiling catches your eye the moment you enter the Harvey Room on our third floor, its geometric patterns telling the story of a bygone era while perfectly framing your modern meetings. Through the expansive windows, The Shard punctuates the London skyline, providing an inspiring backdrop as natural light fills every corner of the space throughout the day. We've equipped this room with everything needed for productive sessions: our built-in PA system, data projector and screen handle presentations smoothly, while video conferencing facilities connect you with colleagues anywhere in the world. The technology sits discreetly within the historical framework, never detracting from the room's character. The Harvey Room adapts to your needs with remarkable flexibility. For larger presentations, we can arrange theatre-style seating for 84 attendees. Board meetings work beautifully with 32 around the table, while training sessions suit 45 in classroom layout. Planning something more interactive? Cabaret style accommodates 42 guests with space for collaboration, or we can set up for 27 in U-shape configuration. The room also transforms into an elegant reception space for up to 100 guests. Many clients use the Harvey Room as a breakout space or lunch venue when booking our Black Suite at the opposite end of the third floor, creating a natural flow for larger conferences. The combination of historical details, practical amenities and those spectacular city views makes this one of our most requested spaces for everything from product launches to strategy sessions.
