We've equipped Spaceport with video conferencing technology, including a table microphone and camera, so remote participants feel just as present as those in the room. The HDMI and wireless connectivity means your presentations run smoothly, whether you're pitching to clients or running internal strategy sessions. The boardroom layout creates an intimate professional atmosphere that works equally well for brainstorming workshops or formal presentations. Beyond the meeting room itself, our venue offers unique spaces for those moments between sessions. Take a breather in our meditation yurt, continue conversations in the sunken lounges, or grab a coffee from our complimentary tea and coffee station. These breakout areas give your team natural opportunities to process ideas and recharge. Our members appreciate how we adapt to their needs, with one recent guest noting how we quickly found them the perfect alternative space when their first choice wasn't available. The building features step-free access and wheelchair-friendly facilities throughout, plus bike storage and shower facilities for those cycling in. While we don't provide catering, you're welcome to bring your own food or work with an outside caterer, and there's paid parking nearby for those driving.
