The round table design means everyone sits as equals, with no head of the table dynamic, which our regular clients tell us completely changes how their brainstorming sessions unfold. We've positioned a large flat-screen TV at the perfect height for presentations, making it simple to share documents or connect laptops without anyone craning their necks. The phone system sits discretely within reach, and we keep a selection of refreshments stocked so conversations can continue uninterrupted. A compact shelving unit displays a few carefully chosen pieces that add character without creating distraction. The soft lighting creates a warm atmosphere that feels more like a private study than a corporate meeting room. We find this particular space works brilliantly for job interviews, where the intimate setting helps candidates relax, or for creative teams who need to focus intensively on concept development.
