The Council Chamber carries the weight of important decisions in its very name, and the space lives up to this heritage. We've designed this room to host everything from executive board meetings to company-wide presentations, with flexible layouts that transform effortlessly between intimate discussions and larger gatherings. Natural light pours through the tall windows along one wall, illuminating the warm wood paneling that gives the room its distinguished character. The red leather chairs aren't just for show, they're genuinely comfortable for those longer strategic sessions. We can configure the space for 42 people around the boardroom table, expand to 52 in classroom style for training days, or maximise capacity with 95 seats in theatre format. U-shaped arrangements work brilliantly for workshops with 35 participants, while cabaret style suits 56 for more interactive sessions. Our AV setup handles everything from simple presentations to complex video conferences. The 100MB WiFi keeps everyone connected, and we provide flip charts, whiteboards, phones and stationery as standard. Our in-house catering team can arrange anything from morning coffee to working lunches, served directly to the room so your agenda stays on track. The Edwardian architecture adds gravitas without feeling stuffy. Modern lighting fixtures complement the period features, creating an atmosphere that feels both established and forward-thinking.
