We designed the Corstorphine Suite with Edinburgh's busy professionals in mind. Natural daylight floods through the large windows on our first floor, creating an energising atmosphere while offering glimpses of the city's historic architecture beyond. The 60-inch display screen anchors one end of the room, positioned perfectly for presentations whether you're running a training workshop or hosting a board meeting. The neutral palette and contemporary furnishings help maintain focus during long sessions, while the air conditioning and secondary glazing keep everyone comfortable regardless of Edinburgh's unpredictable weather. We regularly reconfigure the space to match your needs, from intimate boardroom discussions for 30 to theatre-style presentations accommodating 60 delegates. The U-shaped setup works particularly well for interactive training days, while our cabaret arrangement encourages networking during corporate events. Our Events Manager works closely with each client to ensure the technical setup matches your requirements. The complimentary WiFi handles multiple devices without dropping connection, something our regular corporate clients particularly value during data-heavy presentations. We've hosted everything from product launches to strategy sessions here, with the flexibility to serve working lunches at banquet tables or coffee breaks in the adjoining areas. The first-floor location provides easy access while maintaining privacy from the hotel's main traffic flow.
