We've furnished this room with comfortable purple chairs that complement the blue walls beautifully, and our flexible layout options mean you can configure the space exactly as your meeting requires. For boardroom discussions, we accommodate 15 people around our tables, perfect for executive meetings or strategic planning sessions. Need a presentation setup? We can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 40 attendees. The U-shaped configuration works brilliantly for training workshops, comfortably seating 18 participants who need to see both the presenter and each other. Our technical setup includes a projector for presentations and a flip chart for brainstorming sessions, everything you need for effective communication. The round table arrangement we often use creates an inclusive environment where every voice can be heard, making it particularly effective for team meetings or collaborative projects.
