The modular table at the room's centre adapts to your needs, whether you're hosting 16 around a boardroom setup, arranging 30 theatre-style seats for a presentation, or creating a more relaxed cabaret layout for 20. Our integrated projector and speakers connect to whatever device you bring, while the flip chart stands ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The beverage station keeps fresh coffee flowing throughout your session, and yes, refills are unlimited. We know how crucial that second (or third) cup becomes during afternoon strategy sessions. The room handles everything from team meetings to training workshops with equal ease.
