The room's professional atmosphere comes from its clean, neutral palette and bright, evenly distributed lighting that keeps everyone alert and engaged throughout your event. We've installed a large projection screen at the front, paired with a podium that gives speakers a commanding presence. The acoustics work brilliantly for lectures and seminars, with every seat offering clear sightlines to both screen and presenter. Our venue's location, just a short walk from York railway station, makes arrival straightforward for delegates traveling from across the country. While the suite itself maintains a focused, distraction-free environment without natural light, you'll find the journey through our museum galleries adds an inspiring dimension to any corporate gathering. Many groups appreciate the contrast between their productive meeting space and the dramatic locomotives visible elsewhere in the building. The suite adapts to various configurations depending on your needs.
