We've designed Lindbergh 1 as a flexible meeting space that adapts to your event's specific needs. This 1,054 square foot room sits adjacent to the Lindbergh Lobby, giving your delegates direct access to the refreshment area for those essential coffee breaks and networking moments between sessions. The room works beautifully for various configurations. Set it theatre-style and you can host presentations for up to 100 attendees, while classroom layout accommodates 50 delegates with writing space. For board meetings and strategy sessions, we arrange it for 30 in boardroom or U-shape format. The space transforms equally well for dining events, seating 80 for banquets or 56 cabaret-style when you need tables with presentation visibility. Your meetings run smoothly with our integrated LCD projector and videoconferencing system, connecting remote participants seamlessly. We provide flip charts, easels and a podium as standard, while the contemporary neutral décor creates a professional backdrop without distraction. The artificial lighting system ensures presentations remain clear and delegates stay focused throughout extended sessions. Being less than two miles from Heathrow Airport, international participants find us particularly convenient.
