We've kept this entrance area deliberately generous, knowing how crucial those first impressions are when people are checking in for your event. The main meeting space accommodates up to 50 people in theatre style, though we find many groups prefer the more collaborative feel of our classroom layout for 30, or the focused boardroom setup for 20. The room's modular furniture means we can shift things around during breaks if your agenda changes, something that happens more often than most people plan for. What makes this space work particularly well is the natural light streaming through those large windows. We've seen how it keeps energy levels up during those long afternoon sessions. The neutral colour scheme might seem unremarkable at first glance, but it's deliberately chosen to minimise distractions while keeping the atmosphere professional yet relaxed. Tech-wise, everything's built in and ready to go. The digital projector connects easily to laptops, and we've got both traditional screens and SmartBoards depending on how interactive you want your presentations to be. Our IT support team maintains everything regularly, so you won't face those awkward moments of fumbling with cables while your audience waits. Getting here couldn't be simpler, we're just off the M62 near Broad Green station, and yes, parking is completely free. Our in-house catering team handles everything from working lunches to dietary requirements including halal options, drawing on their experience feeding our diverse student body daily. The campus setting gives you that focused environment away from city distractions, while still being perfectly accessible for your Liverpool-based attendees.
