The Gothenburg Lounge celebrates our greatest triumph, when Aberdeen conquered Europe in 1983. This intimate meeting space stretches 15 meters in length and 4 meters wide, with plush red carpeting that echoes the passion of that famous night in Sweden. We've designed this room to work brilliantly for smaller gatherings. The theatre-style setup welcomes up to 40 delegates, while boardroom configurations seat 20 comfortably around the table. For training sessions, we arrange classroom seating for 20, and when it's time to celebrate project completions or team achievements, the space transforms to host 50 guests for standing receptions. Our partnership with Fierce Beer brings a distinctly local touch to coffee breaks and networking sessions. The private bar serves their craft beers alongside soft drinks and hot beverages, giving your delegates a taste of Aberdeen's brewing heritage. LCD TVs throughout the room ensure everyone can see presentations clearly, whether you're sharing quarterly results or running interactive workshops. The neutral walls and ceiling create a professional backdrop that doesn't distract from your content, while the memorabilia dotted around the room often becomes a natural conversation starter during breaks.
