The Lyceum Suite welcomes up to 25 colleagues for presentations or workshops in our 26-square-meter ground floor space. Natural light fills the room through large windows, while soft blue walls and contemporary artwork create a calm backdrop for productive discussions. We've arranged the furniture to be completely flexible, whether you prefer boardroom style for 14 participants, U-shape for collaborative sessions, or classroom layout for 12 attendees. The projector works reliably with laptops of all types, and our whiteboard provides plenty of space for mapping out ideas. Conference call facilities connect remote participants without the usual technical headaches. During breaks, your group can refresh at the dedicated coffee station, complete with proper coffee machine and a selection of snacks. The ground floor location means no navigating lifts with equipment, and wheelchair access runs throughout, including to nearby facilities. Our IT support team stays close by, ready to help when presentations need quick troubleshooting. Previous guests particularly value how easy we are to find in central Edinburgh, with IT assistance readily available when needed.
