Suite 1 transforms from a bright morning workshop space into an afternoon conference venue with just a quick furniture shuffle. This 9 by 14 meter room has become our most requested space, partly because those floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall create such a productive atmosphere when natural light streams in during morning sessions. We've configured Suite 1 in every possible way over the years. Theatre-style, we fit 110 delegates comfortably with clear sightlines to the LCD projector and screen. For boardroom discussions, 40 people can gather around tables without feeling cramped. The banquet setup works brilliantly for 80 guests when teams need to collaborate over working lunches. Our furniture rolls easily, so switching from classroom rows for 40 to a U-shape for 35 takes minutes, not hours. The practical details make all the difference here. Multiple phone lines mean conference calls run smoothly, while the air conditioning adjusts throughout the day as the room fills up. We keep a whiteboard, flipchart, and full stationery toolkit ready, plus blackout facilities for when presentations need complete focus. The complimentary Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connections, something our tech-heavy clients particularly appreciate. With 3-meter ceilings, Suite 1 never feels stuffy, even during intensive all-day sessions. Our conference executive manages the technical setup before you arrive, tests all equipment, and stays nearby throughout your event. The neutral décor keeps attention on your content rather than distracting wallpaper patterns. Being steps from Brighton Train Station means early morning starts feel less daunting for traveling delegates. During breaks, the ground-floor restaurant provides everything from coffee and pastries to proper hot lunches. For multi-day events, having 234 bedrooms upstairs removes the hassle of coordinating separate accommodation, letting participants focus on the work at hand.
