Our boardroom sits ready with fresh notepads and water glasses arranged around the polished wooden table, where up to 12 delegates can gather for focused discussions. The ergonomic blue chairs have been chosen specifically for those longer strategy sessions, supporting productive conversations that often stretch through the afternoon. Contemporary artwork brings unexpected colour to the neutral walls, creating talking points that help break the ice before meetings begin. We've installed modern lighting panels overhead that flood the space with bright, even light, keeping everyone alert and engaged throughout your session. While the room doesn't have windows, the carefully designed lighting creates an atmosphere that feels open and energising rather than enclosed. The space works brilliantly for board meetings, presentations, and small workshops where privacy and concentration matter most. Everything you need for a productive meeting is already in place, from the conference facilities to the thoughtfully positioned table that encourages natural conversation flow. The intimate scale means everyone can contribute without raising their voice, making it particularly effective for strategic planning sessions or confidential discussions. Being right next to Forster Square Train Station makes arrival straightforward for your attendees, whether they're coming from Leeds, Manchester, or further afield. Our venue's on-site parking removes another potential hassle, letting everyone arrive relaxed and ready to focus.
